Pre heat the oven to 180°C. Then cut up the 125g stork in to the bowl and add 175g of soft brown sugar. Beat together until fluffy. Add the 100g chocolate chips, 175g flour and egg. Beat everything together until the mixture is smooth. Put teaspoonfuls of the mixture on to baking trays, I used two. Make sure you don't put them too close together else they will end up as one giant cookie! Cook for 15- 25 minutes. 15 minutes if you like them soft in the middle or 20/25 mins if you like them crispy. Once cooked carefully move them to a wire rack to cool.
