Jax's Gluten & Dairy Free Cookies

If you are looking for something tasty to do whilst in lock down why not try making my chocolate chip cookies. I made them gluten and dairy free so I can eat them but you can use wheat flour and butter if you dont need them to be gluten or dairy free.

Ingredients
125g Stock Block (V) (use normal butter/stock if you can eat dairy)
175g Soft Brown Sugar
1 Egg
175g Gluten Free Self Raising Flour (or wheat SR Flour if you can eat gluten)
100g Chocolate chips (I used Sainsburys free from chips)

You could used 125g Crunchy Peanut Butter instead of chocolate chips, or smarties, butterscotch chunks or chopped up chocolate bar. Whatever you have in your cupboard let me know what you use! 

These are quick and easy to make, and with a little help from an adult they are great for children to make.
